Maharashtra Farm Task Force submitted  Integrated  Agenda to end Vidarbha and Marathwada Agrarian  and Rural crisis to End Saga of Farmers  Suicides

Late Vasantrav Naik Sheti Swalban Mission VNSSM has urged  Maharashtra Govt. to implement 10 point Integrated  Agenda to end Vidarbha and Marathwada Agrarian  and Rural crisis to End Saga of Farmers  Suicides of dry-land region Vidarbha Marathwada North Maharashtra Khandesh which is  under severe agrarian crisis where farmers are killing themselves since 1998 . as core issues of crisis where not addressed any time all relief packages and loan waivers  has failed to address the issue , Kishore Tiwari chairman who met newly appointed chief secretary of state Sitaram Kunte yesterday ,informed to in a press realise today. chief secretary kunte has taken serious note and forwarded it's to agriculture deptt. to take the necessary steps to implement it.

The 10 points agenda  to address the core issues of this agrarian and rural crisis VNSSM has asked state to address input cost reduction and output cost intervention ,shifting to crop pattern as per demand of local and global market , to stop frequent failure the credit  cycle  new farm crdit policy , secondary livelihood management income activity ,core issues of irrigation ,water conservation, soil health revival , proper risk management with effective crop insurance and climate change issue , proper incentive for agro forestry ,promotion of pluses and oilseed crops ,professional quality helath and education rural infrastructure ,food security  and improvement in the quality of local governance , Tiwari informed .

integrated agenda furthered asked state that the earlier attempts  to address this long pending issues on which state has spent more than Rs. 5 lakh crore in form of relief packages loan waiver subsidies compensations but present agrarian crisis has not been resolved moreover it has been triggered due to hostile administration and multiple issues related social engineering ,open economy ,ill intended intervention hence to relook in to direction of redressal on the 10 issues which are listed above provided central govt. ,Tiwari added.

Tiwari urged Maharastra state govt. to give support VNSSM as VNSSM is only body in India which has been set to address all issues of rural and  agrarian   crisis as  it's  monitoring all welfare schemes and program of central and state govt. in the field of agriculture ,horticulture ,agro forestry ,tribal, social welfare health ,education ,rural water ,women empowerment ,rural administration , Tiwari said .

Present ground level issues ,political intervention and issues related to attitude ,aptitude ,local leadership conviction to address the issue ,mess in fund flow and acute shortage of local functional staff and in adding fuel in these crisis coupled with lifestyle and toxic food and portable water is making the ground level condition worst hence VNSSM is having detail plan to address all core issues of present agrarian and rural crisis of Vidarbha and Marathwada Agrarian  and Rural crisis to End Saga of Farmers  Suicides provided era of directionless  relief packages ,loan waiver subsidies compensations is stoped , Tiwari urged .
